What The Edge host Megan Mansell is into right now

Megan Mansell has been co-host of The Edge breakfast show since 2017, waking up at 4.15am each weekday. Outside of the studio she’s also built a following with her inclusive and fun sense of fashion and beauty. From soothing watercolours to a bedtime spray, Megan shares a few of her favourite things.

Winsor and Newton Cotman Watercolour Set, from $60

A perk of lockdown, I found painting really good for my mind and to help slow me down. Watercolour paints are beautiful and calming in the way the colours flow and blend into each other. Plus, you can create some beautiful pictures with very little talent!

Bed Threads linen, from $250 AUD

I recently invested in a flax linen duvet set in the terracotta colour. It was the most money I've ever invested in linen, and it made me feel very put together. I love the look of the linen - it looks so inviting to snuggle into. It’s also great supporting a family business in Victoria, Australia, after the year they have had!

The Body Shop Ginger Shampoo, from $26

I've tried many, many different shampoos to tackle dandruff and this is the one I keep going back to. Works a charm, smells great and of course, The Body Shop does not test on animals.

Revitalash, from $79

When I get stressed I pick at my eyelashes; it's a terrible habit and it means I normally have patchy lashes with big gaps missing. But this stuff is second to none - honestly, I love wearing false eyelashes normally but I just don't think I need them anymore! I put this on every night and morning religiously.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Nintendo Switch

My husband could be described as a gamer, and I love watching him play. This year though, I wanted to find a game I liked for myself and Animal Crossing: New Horizons is it. It's basically hanging out on your own tropical island with animal friends, where you can pick fruit, and catch bugs and fish. It may sound like a kids game but some very famous celebs love it! Chrissy Teigen, Elijah Wood, Brie Larson, Maisie Williams, Stephen Fry and T-Pain all openly love to play and interact on Twitter about it.

Lush Twilight Spray, $45

This is my favourite scent to spray on my pillow and body before bed. I'm obsessed with finding the perfect bedtime routine, as getting a good night sleep makes or breaks my 4.15am starts for work. This smells like heaven and I buy everything Lush sells in it. Huge fan.
